Museum Prinsenhof Delft

For Museum Prinsenhof Delft, Rooymans Neckwear translated the art of the Delft Masters into a distinctive collection of wearable accessories. Each design is inspired by the refined details and color palettes of the seventeenth century, combining craftsmanship with contemporary style.

The silk tie features a woven pattern derived from the tiled floor depicted in Pieter de Hooch’s painting A Woman with a Child in a Pantry. The personalized lining subtly echoes the same artwork. The woven pashmina, crafted from pure silk, draws inspiration from the Oranges (Appeltjes van Oranje) in The Officers of the White Company, also by Pieter de Hooch.

In addition, we designed suspenders made of pure silk with genuine leather details, featuring a pattern that references Man Reading a Letter to a Woman. The digitally printed satin scarf in soft pink tones is inspired by lace collars from the Dutch Golden Age, while the velvet scarf, with its rich texture and deep colors, brings renowned masterpieces to life.

The suspenders, scarves, and ties are available exclusively in the museum shop of Museum Prinsenhof Delft. Would you like to develop custom-made accessories for your organization? We would be pleased to tell you more about the possibilities.
